A staircase leads to the partially covered roof-top deck with wet bar. The second levels of the main & guest houses are joined by a screened breezeway with tabby stone fireplace. The two guest suites on the second level of the guest house feature private baths. The guest suite on the east side serves as a connective passage to the second level of the carriage house where a self-contained guest suite with kitchen, bedroom & private bath can be found.
